prescription prenatals?
so my OB didnt push at all for me to get on prescription prenatals. I've been on over the counter one a day and now nature made prenatal muli + DHA(fyi was a WAY better deal from Costco 150 vitamin for $30 vs one a day for $30 for 60 pills) OB actually gave me One A Days when I first told her I was trying to get pregnant. should I switch to prescription? stronger ..cheaper w insurance?
