toddler and a newborn

hi everyon. I have 4 yr toddler and 2 month baby. as u know newborn takes all ur energy and time. I'm getting so tired to play with my chasing toddler. don't know how to deal with this situation I'm all by myself no family no friends to help. after I feed and put my baby to sleep I need rest but no I can't I need to clean house cook laundry and plus my toddler. my toddler always around me I'm so tired from her. well I love her but I'm a human and need some rest. after I feed and put to sleep my newborn then my toddler comes I need to carry her and play with her. do u have any advice how to deal with toddler? what should I do that she not stick on me she is around me 24 hours I'm telling her go watch TV go play with ur toys but no she is coming around me
