Is posting before & after weight loss photos offensive or fat shaming?
I read a post on Instagram from a woman who said that before & after weight loss photos are triggering for her because she struggles with her body image. She also said that before and after photos perpetuate certain body types as "ideal." There were many comments agreeing with her. I thought it was an interesting perspective I hadn't considered before.
