Idk what to do with one year old sleeping habits

My 13 month old falls asleep in her own room by herself with a paci, I lay her down, cut off the lights and leave. she sleeps until about 12 and then screams bloody murder until I bring her to my room and then she sleeps until 9. It’s like she won’t self soothe herself the only thing that calms her is me. I need answers. I tried letting her cry it out but she screams and screams like she’s dying and throws her paci out the crib so she knows I’ll come back to get it for her. I’m asking for help so no negativity please.
