Anyone else been this sick during pregnancy??

Question

I have been to the primary doc and urgent care. I do not have strep or flu but i have been sick for the last four days with swollen lymph nodes in the neck, sore throat, bodyache, headache, coughing...thankfully no fever. 
Anyone else bn this sick during pregnancy??? Is the baby okay??

drink loads of water
get plenty of sleep
drink not tea with lemon and honey
eat hot homemade chicken soup
run a humidifier
