Trapped in our parents’ houses 🏡

My boyfriend and I have been together for three years. We’re in our 20’s and live at home with our parents, so we don’t get much alone time 😬 my parents are always home and I’m always afraid that they’re going to hear us in my room whenever we try to do anything sexual. Our schedules are so busy that we get no alone time in our house.

I miss having regular sex where I’m not distracted because I’m worrying about being quiet or being walked in on. Other than renting a hotel room, does anyone have any advice for how I can not worry about being heard? Does anyone have anything in particular they do when they’re at their parents house?
