Dealing with a bridezilla

Hi y'all! I'm a bridesmaid to a newly engaged friend and she has already started making demands.

I want to know your opinions on if I'm being too harsh or if you think she's asking for too much.

Bride has requested all bridesmaids wear a dress for the ceremony and the change into a different ($200+) dress for the reception. This is on top of flying out my family and spending 4 days in her city (all at my expense obviously)

I feel this is going to easily cost me well over $1500. I love her but I'm not sure where the line is. Do I tell her she's going overboard? Should I suck it up?

Normally it wouldn't be a huge deal but my baby is due in May and her wedding is in August so we will be tight on money since we will have a newborn.
