Weird rash?

So I fell asleep earlier and woke up to a weird rash going down my right arm. Both sides of my chest and running down my sides and partially my hands and lower tummy. I’m only 11 weeks and 5 days. I’m not sure what it means. I’m calling doctor tomorrow since it’ll be Monday. I showered. Changed sheets. Used calamine lotion. It settled for a while. Now the itchy came back. This is my third and lost my first two and this never happened. I haven’t eaten anything out of the ordinary. Anyone else has been through this?
