Loss for Words!!😭😭

I️ had a miscarriage July 2016 the hardest thing ever but I didn’t give up it took me 15 months to get pregnant this time around with my rainbow baby in October 2017 which was a couple of days before my 41st Birthday the best birthday present ever. Had my first appointment today which is Nov.13 I️ was excited and scared because of the bad news I️ got when I went to my first appointment back in July 2016. So we go to the Ultrasound room and she starts to do my ultrasound everything was quiet then she hit me with there’s no baby just a sac It was deja vu all over again I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks and 6 days I would have been 10 weeks tomorrow. Whyyyyy my best birthday gift ever have to be taken from me. I️ just don’t understand😭😭😥😥
