Abnormal bleeding?

Hey everyone.. I was curious to see if any of you have had issues with abnormal bleeding while menstruation? My period will have been going on and off now for 20 days. For the first week it was light, second week it was heavier .. and now going on the third week it’s heavy on some days and light on others. I have the para guard put in since January of 2017 so I would have thought abnormal bleeding would have been resolved by now. Also, I’m sexually active and no kids. I also didn’t have cramps the first two weeks but now going on this 3rd one it feels like the cramps come and go. This is the first time anything like this has happened, and I just went in to see my gyno and she found everything looked normal? Anyone have any experiences similar to mine?
