Worst practice ever

So i got my period 2 days before my first basketball practice of the season so I was just like well that’s just my luck so I put on a fresh pad before and wore black spandex under my shorts and my old coach let us use the bathroom and get water every 10-20 minuets so I thought I could just go during break well we did not have a single break and we ran a lot which makes blood flow so I had a crime scene in my pants when I got home I took a shower and next practice I’m doubling on pads
