Pubic acne?

Question

I trim my pubic hair, not shave. I also wash daily and would like to think I’m a generally clean person. Yet, somehow I’m getting a couple big zits in my pubic region. I’m clean of STDs and they are actual zits. How the heck do I get rid of them?! It really lowers my self confidence when it comes to being intimate with others... any help would be much appreciated!

Just like anywhere else, you get zits when your pores get clogged up and such. Wear cotton undies or go without if you can somtimes. The more you sweat down there the more you can get them

make sure you're wearing breathable cotton underwear and your pants aren't too tight. even if it's clean, moisture and pressure can irritate that sensitive skin and cause acne flare ups

Maybe your jeans or under wear to tight happens to me when I wear those shorts under my dresses I will get a pimple down there after depending how long I wore those shorts I hate it
