Husband & Breastfeeding

Our son is 13 months+. He is attached to both his Daddy & me. He is still breastfed and tho I thought he may be weaning himself, he is still going strong. We have had questions/comments from family members and friends about 'when we are stopping', 'he is getting too old', etc. My goal was 1 year but I know the WHO says 2 is best. (I will stop right before 2) So I asked my husband how HE felt. (I'm willing to wean him and pump for a cup til 2.)

My husband (God bless him) goes, "Well, if everyone else says NOT to do it, then it's probably the best thing for him to keep nursing, right?!" 😂😂😂 He wants us to push to 2 if we can as well.

It's just so nice to not only have his blessing but his strong support as well. I love him beyond expression!
