Help!!! Ftm changed my mind

I’m a ftm and my baby is almost 4 weeks. I decided NOT to bf, but at 4 weeks I have had a change of heart and really want to give it a go but would prefer exclusively pumping. I bought a pump that is coming in a couple days, I bought some lactation aid to help increase my supply. But is it too late? I am able to squeeze out a bit of milk still from both breasts without trouble, but I’m definitely not leaking (like I was 2 weeks ago) so I’m worried it’s too depleted already. Any advice? I know it won’t be immediate, and I’m also perfectly ok with continuing to supplement if I have to, even if I do get some results from pumping. Has anyone ever done this before? I’m worried I waited too long. 😩
