Saving for a car at 17?!?!

🌪

Hey ladies so basically I had to make the unfortunate decision to move out of my parents house because it's a toxic environment. With that being said they wouldn't let me take my car with me because it's in their name. So I need to save up for my own. They are basically laughing in my face saying I'll never be able to do it and I might as well give up now. I am 17, obviously no credit. And I probably can't even put the insurance in my own name. I turn 18 in 3 months. As far as my situation goes Uber is wayyy to expensive, and I'm getting rides from Craigslist gigs /: I know it's scary. I just need advice and help from people who have done this before or know any helpful links, organizations, or have some knowledge in finances. How long did it take, how much did you make, how much did you save, etc.
