Positive pregnancy test ?

I naturally Mc on October 21st.
I started trying again on the 30th and every other day after the 30th for about a week.
Today I felt mild cramps( like I always do right before I get a bfp)
Is it still too early to test ???
Idk want to give my self false hopes
