Hi I need some advice please

since having my first child I’ve been having really bad pains in my stomach even in my vagina some times... and it sometimes hurts to have sex sometimes when I’m out in public my stomach pain makes me have to kneel on the floor / just stop moving and lay in the car ect ect it stops me doing things basically. Im now over 10 months postpartum and still have this pain but I have to wait until February to be seen again so they are saying it could be ibs ... I’m wondering is this why I am having trouble conceiving and once you have ibs is it possible to get rid of it ? I feel so sad and feel like my life is now ruined because of this pain I just want to feel normal again 😭 I want to post anonymously but I will respond to your comments on here in my post - thank you.

A little more information I had lipocontrast on my tummy which is when this all started with this pain this was roughly 2 months after giving birth then this pain started I had an ultrasound and they said my gallbladder is not functioning properly I then had to go back to the doctors and a specialist and was told they never said my gallbladder wasn’t functioning properly apparently they said it was just small .... which is not the case ! And they don’t want me having another scan they have said and every time I say they said about my gallbladder they seem to get angry 😂 because apparently I am lying they said this!! 🙄 but so I then had to have a camera up my bum and take moviprep and everything was fine down there he said so now I have to wait until February to be seen by a specialist again who just pushed down on my tummy and sent me to have a camera up my bum . Not much help at all... I called my doctor demanding a scan again but they said no. I was also suppose to get a letter to speed up my appointment I called 3 times about it and have still not got it and yes I do get constipation and find it hard to poo now but it really did start after I had lipo contrast or it could be since giving birth Who is now over 10 months old.

Pain is in middle of belly button and below it and my sides sometimes mainly my left side and then near my vagina aswell and chest pains sometimes
