confusing boyfriend

My boyfriend isn’t ready for kids yet til 2020 and im ready . but the thing is , we keep doing pullout method.. And we haven’t worn a condom since last year or more than that.. and he hasn’t mentioned me getting on birth control. so is he trying to get me pregnant by accident or what? luckily i haven’t fallen pregnant yet.. (kinda worried cuz shouldn’t i have already got pregnant ?) Idk .... Im confused.. he’s confusing me ...
