Working a job not passionate about

I'm having an issue. I'm working a job right now that I'm not passionate about but I'm only working 4 hours a day, 5 days a week. But I'm tired of making no money. So I want to move to a full time job. But I know I won't be passionate about that either. How am I supposed to get my goals done if I'm off at 5:00pm? I am working on getting my real estate license but won't have time if I'm working a full time job. I also feel guilty about spending 8 hours a day on a job that I couldn't care less about. Sure, it pays the bills. But how do I move forward when my day is done?
