Fertility problems then pregnant and not trying?

Question

With this baby I took fertility drugs... I had been on pill ten years and I think that was a lot of my fertility problems. After this baby I don’t want to get back on the pill ... anyone think it’d be likely I could just fall pregnant ? Or would I have to do fertility drugs again for future child? I know it’s different for everyone ... I’d like to be pregnant again by time this one is 6-7 months old

Took my husband and I 18 months with fertility help to conceive our first child/son. At our 6 week post partum check up we asked about trying again. I was told since I was breastfeeding and our fertility issues it was almost impossible to conceive on our own. 
We started trying naturally while EBF at 6 months PP. we got pregnant first month trying. Conceived twins. Sadly lost one but went on to carry a healthy full term boy. 
Again.... for baby 3 we started trying naturally while EBF at 4 months PP. We conceived at 9 months PP twins again. And again. Sadly lost one. Currently 22 weeks with our third son. 
Anything can happen. A lot of the time the stress of trying to conceive prevents you from conceiving. I think since I was so busy trying to care for my LOs that I wasn't so focused on my cycle making it easier for my body to do what it already knew how to do.
