Miss my dad

My dad died 11 years ago next month. I was 17. I didn’t deal with it. Pretended it didn’t happen and ignored it for as long as possible. (About 5 years and ended up in therapy).

Today’s a bad day. I miss him and I’m struggling with it but really dislike actually talking about it and dealing with it. I just needed to say something, stupid I guess but it helps a little.

I miss him.
