My husband thinks I’m a freak of nature because I only go twice a week. I’m wondering is this is healthy? My sister is the same as me so I wanted to hear from others how often they go.

Yes haha same. Maybe 3 times a week if I'm lucky. My fiance goes every day twice a day and thinks it's incredibly weird I do not.
