Is this enough money to live off?

Single mom to one baby here. Originally i was going into dental hygiene where the salary in my state is about 75,000-85,000 obviously i knew i would be set with that kind of money but I’ve been hearing horror story’s about not being able to find a full time job and finding one with benefits if i need them. So Idk if i will continue down that path. Labor and delivery nurse was my other option which in my state they can make 52,000-85,000 but making the higher end of money includes working over time for that field. If i don’t always work over time and my salary is anywhere from 52,000-70,000 will i still be able to support myself and my daughter with all the other bills included that i would be paying ? Only asking if i decide to do nursing. I know in dental this won’t be an issue. Thoughts ?
