Sleep training: Ferber method
Has anyone used the Ferber method of sleep training? I always said I would NEVER use any type of CIO method because it literally breaks my heart for my baby to cry (she’s 7 months), but I’m losing my mind because I get NO sleep because she wants to nurse all. NIGHT. LONG! 😭😭😭 Do you think the Ferber method is cruel?
