Ugh! Ready? Or Not

I am so ready for my period! The constant headaches, the boob enlargement, and the nausea got to go on top of that I have an upper respiratory infection! However, My “fiancee” cheated on the past on me, not recently but while we we’re engaged not physically but on a dating site. Would you consider that cheating? And he wants to have a baby but I don’t know if I’m ready for that because I’m worried about him stepping out on me. I’m been through hell and high water with this man. I need answers!!!
