IMPLANTATION HELP

CAN IMPLANTATION BLEEDING OCCUR WHEN YOU’RE dry with no CM?? I’m supposed to get my period in 7 days and usually around this time I have little to no discharge. I went to the bathroom and wiped and noticed a red spot on my tissue and on my pants. I wiped again and reached in there and there were so little discharge and no other bleeding. I don’t know where the bleeding came from. Is this implantation?
