EARLY pregnancy symptoms???

Is it possible to have symptoms within days of conception? Especially for a second pregnancy?? I'm already a little nauseated and EXTREMELY emotional. I had morning sickness the first 5 months with my daughter and the last month as well so I know I'm prone to the nausea with pregnancy and it's weird I'm so emotional because I am known for not being a crier.... i just cried because trinity on total divas got her championship belt approved... like wtf?? I'm ovulating this week and we are TTC but I mean it's either from 4 days ago or yesterday that we would have conceived and I feel like its WAY too soon. Right??? I also feel like a yeast infection is coming on and I haven't had one since I was pregnant with my daughter and I know sometimes that can be an early sign too but damn!
