Drinking a little caffeine ok??

So I still drink sodas sometimes I did with my son as well and he was born healthy, so my question is how harmful is it exactly???

It's only harmful in abundance. A coffee or soda here and there is absolutely fine. Obviously you shouldn't live off of purely soda but it's fine. I drink soda and coffee I just don't over do it.

Not harmful, my doctor actually said she drank caffeine during her pregnancies and I have been having my cup of coffee a day. Only way to stay productive for me.

Well first they have a ton of sugar which is not good for you. They have caffeine which is ok in moderation and my doctor told me coke has phosphoric acid which can affect calcium levels.
Depends how much you drink and your other sources of sugar/caffeine. As long as they are not too excessive, you should be fine.

I would say like any thing just use moderation some foods will be okay all the time and some are recommended against but if you use your best judgement a little caffeine or soda isn't the worst you could be consuming.
