Weight Loss!
Posting now even though I am in no way done with my weight loss journey, i just wanted to show that if I can do this then you can too. Seriously. I've always been incredibly lazy and love my food too much... I've lost 90 pounds (41.1kg) so far since February of this year just by keeping track of my calories with MyFitnessPal app and obviously cleaning up my diet. I also drink between 2-3lts of water daily and try to excersise for an hour each day. I do a lot extra because I have a 1year old and a 2yr old I have to keep entertained but when I go for walks I will take them to a playground for some fun. I will update with progression shots if I can manage to tone a bit 😁
