Helping a neighbor.

The other day my neighbor knocked on my door and asked if I had called housing on them because of their husky howling throughout the day, at first it did bother me but she’s a puppy and I realize she probably had anxiety or separation issues. I asked her what all she’s tried to keep her pup calm and she said she’s tried to put her in a kennel with a blanket and calming oils and neither would work. I was thinking about getting bully bones for them and having them sent to their house to see if it could calm her down for a little bit. We never really speak but she was a little upset when she found out housing was called on them. I might be too nice of a person but I want to help in some way. Any advice?. Might be a difficult question to answer.
