Nursery Placement Guidance
I️ need some help here. I️ live in a split level home with two bedrooms on the upper level and two bedrooms on the lower level. There is also an extra room on the lower level, we just can’t technically call it a bedroom because it doesn’t have a closet.
There is a living room upstairs and a family room downstairs, and also a bathroom on each floor.
Currently, my family occupies the two bedrooms upstairs. Our room is grey and my daughter’s room is lavender. We just found out that our latest bundle of joy is a boy! That’s great news, but where do I️ put him? We could move the family downstairs and by a wardrobe for the closet-less room but there are a few issues downstairs. One is that the downstairs bathroom has a large shower, but no bathtub. The other is that we have an older furnace that we feel doesn’t adequately support the square footage of our home so it is usually colder or warmer downstairs depending on the season, and we don’t want to buy a new furnace because we will be buying a new home in the next few years.
Where do we put this new nursery?
