Does Femara increase sex drive?

Just curious, does Femara increase the sex drive because I'm one that literally could live without sex, but the last 5 days after my last dose of Femara I've actually had the physical feeling of, hey, I want this! I was put on Femara because the Dr thinks I wasn't releasing eggs despite positive opk tests. HSG confirmed tubes are open and okay. Got my super dark opk positive line this afternoon so praying my heart out because it's been 2 years since our loss and ttc again. Let this be our month oh Lord!! Please!!!!!
