How to gain muscle?? 💪🏼💪🏼
I am very skinny all over and I want to gain muscle and fill out a bit more all over. However, I know that I will feel very self conscious at a gym because I have no idea what I’m doing or where to start. Do you guys have any advice on diet/ exercises??
Side note: I don’t want to be huge because I’m 5’1” and I don’t want to look dis-proportioned x
I have a BMI of 16.6 which is very low
