I'm skipping breakfast and lunch because I'm working and then when I leave I have a fag and a can of coke for lunch until tea. I'm not sleeping, could this be why!
I'm never hungry :(
Will I loose wieght eventually doing this? I'm going to the gym too and burning of 1000calories, and my Fitbit says on a day I burn of 1000calories sometimes more, just doing basic stuff and working as I have an active job. Probably eating 500 calories :/
I'm fairly slim anyways.
