So I really like this guy but he's in a 3 year relationship and doesn't look like he's gonna stop it any time soon. I do not want to be a home wrecker so I keep it quiet but the feelings arent going away. Help?

Cut him out as much as you can and maybe throw yourself into finding someone else to focus your attention on. You won't easily forget about him if you see and speak to him. And finding someone new is a great start!
