only when I was pregnant, but my OB said to take them at night before bed so you sleep through the worst part. it made a huge difference

I have to take them with food and cut them in half, one with breakfast and one with lunch.

Take them with bread, crackers, or a meal and they shouldn't make you naseous.

As long as I eat something around the time I take them, I’m fine. Otherwise, I get kind of acid-reflux type stuff and can taste them all day

Used to when I️ took them in the morning. Started taking them after dinner and have been find since.
