Whats the difference now?

I used to be able to hold my pee in for a couple mins while i finish what im doing at home or when im out i could hold it for a couple hours. I know we shouldn’t but i dont like public restroom they are disgusting as fuck so i wait to get home to pee. Anyways now when i try to hold it in i cant i literally have to stop now what im doing to go pee. Why cant i hold it in no more?
