has anyone experienced this?

So I’m on bc and my pills that start my period we’re this week. I took the 4th pill today and still no period. When I go to the bathroom there’s a slight slight pinkish tint for one wipe then nothing. Usually my period starts on the third day. I’ve also had itching around my vagina opening. Idk if that could be related. I was leaving my pills in my car bc I didn’t realize that could make them less affective until today. Has anyone had anything similar or know anything? Idk if I’m pregnant but I know there’s a chance. The guy I’m seeing and I always have unprotected sex bc I’ve been taking the pill.
