Anyone already not eat carbs but still get GD?

I know there is no set diet or numbers for all, but generally speaking with GD I know they want you at 150 or less carbs a day. Again, generally speaking.

I already eat only 60-80 a day. My entire day, and for five years now. This is my norm. Rarely even on my ‘naughty’ days am I even over 120 total.

Yet I epically failed the 1hr test; blood tested at 196 and had not a carb that morning. So have to do the 3 hr now and it makes me nervous. I understand it’s just how gestational and the body works but it’s just crazy to think I might still have GD when I hardly eat carbs as it is so isn’t a matter of fixing diet. Was anyone in the same boat?
