Possible Keloid from episiotomy?

Hi! Im almost 6 weeks pp. i gave birth and had an episiotomy. my stitches are healed but I have this red bump next to my stitches area, and i think its keloid. Previously I also had lumps removed from my breast and I developed keloid scar on my stitch. I guess The red bump down there is also keloid.

Has anyone ever experienced keloid scar after episiotomy? Any advice on how to get rid of it?
