I actually just ate 🍍 daily since the day after ovulation once a day and I got my bfp today.

I ate pineapple core the cycle I got pregnant after trying for six months (ended up being ectopic, but that’s not because of the pineapple). I got my positive OPK yesterday so I’m starting the pineapple core tomorrow - hope it works again for me! Good luck!

I just started taking Bromelain pills. It's easier than trying to eat the core. 🤞
