Should I fake being sick? (Read my reasoning)

So I’m feeling very low and I have depression. I was off most of last week due to how bad I was feeling (emotionally) and now I have to go back to school tommmorow and I’m not ready. I cut myself today and I don’t want to be here anymore. I feel like I would benefit for ONE more day off to plan and wrap my head around my next step (to getting help. Is faking that I have thrown up okay?
