Postpartum with twins

I’m almost 6 months postpartum with twins....had a rough pregnancy. Let’s just say I’ve lost 65 pounds and have 20 to go. But my rib cage is still huge and my feet still constantly ache. Anyone else have this and how long did it take until you felt better?
