As a teacher I can say basically any flower name you pick (yes even rose) will be rare to see among kids. So if you had Violet and Rose as a first name then they definitely would be unique but not too out there. Elsie is pretty too.

Ulima kind of reminds me of a cell phone name.

I don't like the name ulima but That doesn't mean u shouldn't choose it. 
I love Elsie, it was my great grandmothers name and she was a beautiful person.
