cheating or not ?

i had a situation happen in my work place boss started touching me and took some of my clothes off and fingered me and i froze and let it happen until i was able to move again i pushed him off and left . i told my boyfriend right after . and he sees it at taken advantage of but others tell me i let it happen . what do you think ? i never wanted to be a cheater or intended that to happen . i don’t know what to think of myself .
