Contractions

Over the weekend I spent my second visit in the hospital due to preterm contractions. I'm going in to my doctors today to get checked over. I've been out of the hospital for 2 days now and I've been having regular Braxton hicks. The doctors said that I probably have an agitated uterus so I'm trying to not stress to much. I've had only 2 contractions today that were 'real' contractions but the Braxton hicks have been coming every 30 minutes. I'll be 28 weeks tomorrow. Has anyone else gone through this or have any experience?
