Waiting on results
Hubs and I started going to the gym. It’s been a month and a half going 3-5 times a week depending on our work schedule. We go pretty hard when we are there, start off with cardio, pulley and weight machines free weights and end with cardio. Any where from an hour to two hours each gym trip. I’m always sore that night and the following days. We have always eaten really well, not the cleanest but nearly everything is homemade. We don’t eat out much if at all. I haven’t seen any difference in my body. I’m not exactly trying to drop weight or loose pounds just look more fit and toned. Just wondering what the normal time frame is to start seeing a change.
