How much sex is enough

Im 26 and my husband is 29 we’ve been together for almost 7 years now and it went from sex as many times a day every day to literally once a week like that’s not enough for me and it seems like it doesn’t bother him we have two boys four and six and i thought it was them maybe but I’ve been sending them to grandparents for the weekends and i ask to have sec and he like brushes me off or doesn’t answer I’ve brought the issue up and he said he was still very attracted to me and wants me still and he was going to please me and we’d have sex more often again but it’s been months of this once a week shit and I’m getting frustrated i dont like toys or masturbating by myself and it sucks to say I’ve been thinking of other guys what should I do
