frustrated

so, I'm trying to have a baby. 6 years ago my best friend had a child. today she found out today she's pregnant again, when I went with her to the hospital due to pains. which is wonderful...however its unplaines, she isn't happy. and her answer was "the Dr said I couldn't have another with my ovarian masses, endometriosis, and my other issues. this is inconvenient." me and my other friend habe been trying....her 3 years me almost 2. and this friend doesn't understand why were upset she isn't excited...just frustrated.
