Not sure what room to post this in. But, I want to start trying to get my body back in shape. My baby is 4 weeks old. When would it be okay to start doing ab workouts? Or what do you suggest I start with? I have lost 10 pounds since delivery, is that average?

I weighed 210 here, I weighed 218 before delivery. I'm about 209 now. My baby was 6.12 pounds if that matters.

I was 145 pounds here, that was about 8 weeks before I found out I was pregnant. This is my goal.
